Leadership

Matthew ZaleskiMatthew Zaleski, President

Matthew Zaleski has been involved in the A/V industry for over 30 years, and his family has been involved for much longer. Matthew started at Data Projections as a salesman in 1991, and as President, he oversees every aspect of the company, including maintaining relationships with partners and manufacturers. Under Matthew's guidance, Data Projections has cemented its position as a leader in the A/V integrator industry, especially in Texas. It's this commitment to the area, as well as top notch people at Data Projections, that makes it a top firm, according to Matthew. He takes pride in leading these people as they accomplish some of the most innovative projects an integrator can offer.

Matthew attended both the University of Houston and Texas Tech University, so he is a native Texan through and through. When he's not meeting with partners or clients, or overseeing operations at Data Projections, he enjoys attending family sporting events and working on his golf game.

Megan StasioMegan Stasio, Vice President Of Operations

Megan Stasio joined Data Projections in 2010. Three years later, she stepped into the role of Vice President of Operations, while maintaining oversight over HR and Administration as well. She's up for the challenge and has enjoyed the quick pace and deep thinking that her position entails. Her background is in telecommunications, making her transition to A/V technology a natural one. She was drawn to Data Projections specifically for its people-focused culture and commitment to community and partnerships. It's this culture that Megan emphasizes in everything she does with the company.

In addition to linking all of Data Projections' departments together, Megan plays an essential role as someone who is always reviewing the company's processes. In this role, Megan challenges Data Projections to always improve on its already high standards.

Megan graduated from the University of Texas, which is a cause of some consternation between her and her Aggie husband. Together, they have four children. Outside of work, family is her top priority, and she cherishes the time she shares with them.

Kris BegnaudKris Begnaud, Vice President of Sales

Kris Begnaud got his start in the A/V industry just one year out of college, transitioning from insurance to a field he could be passionate about. He joined Data Projections in 1993 as a salesperson in Houston, a time when Data Projections was still largely an equipment provider solely. Kris' role has grown with the company and currently is the Vice President of Sales. Kris' goal is to ensure every partner and vendor is given dedicated attention. One moment, he may be overseeing an integration to ensure it is executed to the numbers, and the next he may be consulting with a manufacturer to discuss new products.

Kris takes pride in the relationships he has forged with Data Projections' partners, and believes that the company's commitment to its partners and its people are what sets it apart.

Kris graduated from the University of Texas in 1992 and is a self-proclaimed sports encyclopedia. When he does have free time, he spends it with Bailey, his wife of over 20 years, and his three children.
